浅谈香港商业用房中美国消防安全评价系统的应用

        - 考虑指定热释放速率曲线在不同的建筑物中的情况。

        在消防装置的部分应通过增强NFPA-FSES 4个消防安全参数,但分别赋予不同的分值:
        - 自动喷水灭火系统。
        - 消防报警器。
        - 烟雾探测系统。
        - 烟控制。
        并包括以下新的消防装置:
        - 消防栓及软管卷盘系统。
        - 应急照明系统。
        - 出口标示。
        - 紧急供电系统。
        - 灭火器。
        5 消防安全管理
        消防安全管理应加强寻求批准具有等效设计的建筑,或通过代码升级他们的消防安全设施。在这里,消防安全计划应该包括[36-41]:
        维护计划。
        为住宅高层建筑居住者和管理人员,及非住宅楼宇或大屋苑的居民制定具有较强的管理团队性质的培训计划。
        火灾预防计划。
        管理人员基本消防行动方案。
        消防安全管理要素应参照缺失规定单独制定一定的建筑防火安全要求。例如,有效的内部管理的新要求规定,如果走廊宽度不满足1.2米,应确保没有杂物被放置在楼道里。它是一种常见的做法,因为杂物将阻断出口通道。
        6 结论
        在香港的商业用房[24]中使用NFPA-FSES[8,9]的可能性需要进一步讨论[28]。讨论可以遵循以下几点:
        充分考虑出口的进入和出口设计是非常重要的。应该精心设计疏散模式。
        提供洒水车,消防报警,烟雾探测系统,烟雾控制将改善消防安全。
        接受替代设计。如果能够证明等效的系统可以满足绩效[15-22]的要求。
        但是,这种方法只是商业用房消防安全的一个起点。新设计的建筑可以按照类似的方法。对于既有建筑[23],评估结果将提供关于如何为卡拉OK[26,27]制定消防安全指导管理[36-41]。本文的讨论是参考当地的消防代码。
        NFPA-FSES的概念是值得考虑和遵循的,但需要考虑到不同特色的特殊建筑物具有不同的消防安全参数,并且需要考虑到香港高层建筑的庞大数量和密度。已经确定的消防安全参数和分数扩展[10]建议可以作为当地建筑行业进行更长期研究的参考。
