    (5)天气炎热时,应事先检查轨缝状态,必要时应先匀缝后起道,以防胀轨。                                                               
    8.安全注意事项:                                                               
    (1)机手必须熟悉起道机性能和操作方法,严格执行有关安全规定。起道机走行小车必须随起道机同时下道。                                                               
    (2)起道应使用专用撬棍作手把,并不得以起道机蹬钢轨或枕木头。                                                               
    (二)捣镐捣固作业:                                                               
    捣镐由两人组成一组镐,一人在钢轨外侧,一人在钢轨内侧,也可多组镐同时作业。作业人员应携带道镐1把,四齿耙1把,铁锹1把。                                                               
    1.扒镐窝                                                               
    在扒镐窝前,应先将轨枕盒的道碴扒出槽。扒碴时应尽量扒出大石碴,剩下小石碴(粒径一般小于30mm)作为捣固用碴,以免大石碴堵门。石碴扒出半槽后,开始先扒右手镐窝,扒出的石碴堆在轨枕盒里对面的左手镐窝处,开始打右手镐。                                                               
    扒镐窝时应满足下列要求:                                                               
    (1)长度:自轨底中心向两侧个扒400-500mm,同时轨底应扒清、扒透,以免石碴飞起伤人。                                                               
    (2)深度:视起道量而定。不起道捣固时,一般扒至轨枕底以下10-20mm;起道10mm左右时,扒至与轨枕底平;起道超过10mm时,在轨枕侧面应留有适当的道碴。                                                               
    (3)宽度:扒至距待捣固的轨枕侧面约100mm。                                                               
    2.打右手镐                                                               
    (1)打右手镐时,右脚站在轨枕面上,距钢轨中心约400mm,脚尖不得伸出轨枕边,与钢轨成15°角。左脚站在轨枕盒中,距轨底约50-100mm,两脚跟相距约250mm,并成70°角。捣轨底时,镐头向轨底倾斜与钢轨成30°角。捣轨底时,镐头想轨底倾斜于钢轨成30°角。捣其他部位时,镐头与轨枕侧面成90°角。                                                                                                                                   
    举镐时,左手紧握镐把末端,右手握在镐把中部偏下约3/5处,镐稍向外向后倾斜,与人的中心线成15°角,左举在胸前第二个纽扣处,右手举到与人耳成垂直,此时身体直立,挺胸抬头,目视前方,身体重心在后脚上。落镐时,用力速打,身体重心由后脚移向前脚,腰部随镐下弯,目视落镐点,当镐头打到石碴时,右手同时向左手移动至100mm处,双手用力握住镐把,防止镐头摆动,使镐把与地面成40°-50°角,并用力向后带镐,将石碴闷住。                                                               
    (2)落镐位置和角度                                                               
    在进行综合维修时,一般起道量在40mm以内。因此,在打第一排镐时,落镐角度较陡,镐头与轨枕侧面约成为40°角。镐头向侧下方打入,将石碴打入轨枕底深处,使枕底原有石碴被挤向上翻起。第二排镐落镐角度增大至45°角,将枕底及附近石碴挤严和打紧。                                                               
    (3)排镐顺序及打镐数量                                                               
    排镐顺序自钢轨中心起向两侧400-460mm为捣固范围。排镐应先由轨底向外,再由外向轨底。混凝土枕中部500-600mm长度范围内,严禁捣固或串实,防止轨枕中部受力,产生负弯距造成轨枕断裂。镐头标准宽度为70mm,因此木枕应排6个镐位,混凝土枕应排7个镐位,每镐约有4mm重叠。                                                               
    捣固一般由坑两头向中间捣,或由小腰向接头捣。木枕打镐数量由起道量确定。当起道量为0-5mm时,打16镐;起道量为6-14mm时,打18镐;起道量为15-20mm时,打20镐;起道量超过20mm时,打22镐。混凝土枕一般打20-30镐。坑头、坑尾、小腰处适当减镐,坑底、接头处适当加镐。                                                               
    3.质量标准                                                               
    (1)捣固范围为自钢轨中心线向外各400-450mm。每个轨枕头应打四面镐。                                                               
    (2)轨枕间捣固强度要均衡,钢轨与铁垫板应密贴,缝隙不得超过2mm,正线、到发线空吊板不得超过8%,其他站线不得超过12%。                                                               
    (3)道床回填饱满、平整、密实。                                                               
    4.安全注意事项                                                               
    (1)道镐捣固时,两组镐在同一根轨枕上捣固时,钢轨内侧两人要注意防止两镐相碰伤人。两组镐在同一股钢轨上捣固时,前后间隔距离不得少于3根轨枕。                                                               
    (2)捣固时注意石碴飞起伤人。                                                               
    (3)打混凝土枕时,手要握紧,禁止打在枕木上防止手被震伤。                                                               
    (4)打镐时禁止嬉笑打闹。                                                               
    (5)使用齿条式起道机时,应杜绝猛起、猛落,起道后应及时撤出压杠。                                                               
    (6)起道后严禁坐在压杠上或压杠搭结钢轨                                                               
    (三)线路垫板作业                                                               
    垫板作业主要适用于混凝土枕和混凝土宽枕线路,前者一般仅适用用于经常保养和临时补修。垫板通常采用层压木板,也可以采用橡胶垫或竹垫板。                                                               
    1.基本作业                                                               
    (1)先垫标准股,后垫对面股。                                                               
    (2)确定对面股的垫高量,一般采用两种方法:一种方法是标准股垫好后,用道尺测量对面股的水平误差,加上空吊板量,即为对面股的垫高量;另一种方法是先测量标准股的垫高量,然后测量水平,根据标准股的垫高量与对面股的水平差,确定对面股的垫高量,即对面股垫高量=标准股低洼量+对面股空吊板量±对面股水平差。                                                                                                                                   
    (3)松开轨枕螺栓,用起道机抬起钢轨,用小铲铲松橡胶垫,将木板垫在胶垫上。如发现胶垫损坏时,应予更换。起道时,起道机要放平,做到轻起慢落;曲线垫板时,应先垫上股后垫下股,以防出现反超高。                                                               
    (4)移正胶垫,按计算垫高量垫入木垫板。                                                               
    (5)松起道机,落下钢轨。                                                               
    (6)测量轨距,整理扣件,拧紧轨枕螺栓。当轨距小时,应先紧里口螺栓,反之则先紧外口螺栓。为了不影响轨距顺坡,最好由中间轨枕开始向两侧拧紧轨枕螺栓。                                                               
    2.质量标准                                                               
    (1)调高垫板应垫在轨底与轨下橡胶垫板之间。一般情况下,每处调高垫板不得超过2块,总厚度不得超过10mm。使用调高扣件的混凝土枕、混凝土宽枕和整体道床,每处调高垫板不得超过3块,总厚度不得超过25mm。                                                               
    (2)垫板位置正确,不偏斜、无串动。                                                               
    (3)扣件应安装密贴。                                                               
    3.安全注意事项                                                               
    抽垫板时,不得将手伸入轨底,以免挤伤手指。                                                               
    (四)混凝土宽枕垫碴作业                                                               
    混凝土宽枕线路起道作业,采用枕下垫碴和枕上垫板相结合的方法。混凝土枕地段在经常保养和临时补修中,可采用捣固与垫板或垫碴与垫板相结合的方法。                                                               
    1.作业工具                                                               
    枕端液压起道机、垫碴铲、量筒以及其他扒碴用工具和起道用量具等。                                                               
    2.工作量调查                                                               
    垫碴起道作业前应先测量线路坑洼,一般以目视确定。在直线上以高股作为基准股,在曲线上以下股作为基准股,俯身于确定的基准股,目视钢轨外侧轨头下頦,在一段适当长度的线路上找出坑洼处及坑洼量,并综合考虑明吊暗坑,确定垫碴量,在板头做出标记。                                                               
    3.基本作业方法                                                               
    (1)抽下混凝土宽枕板缝处的嵌条。                                                               
    (2)扒开板头道碴,扒碴深度要底于板底20mm。                                                               
    (3)扒起道机窝。                                                               
    (4)起道。因宽枕重量大,而且又连续铺设,所以起道时一般用双机配合双铲一股一股起,垫完一股撬后立即垫对面股的撬。                                                               
    (5)垫碴。根据确定的垫碴量,用量筒量好,然后均匀地散布在垫碴铲上。起道机抬起轨枕后,将垫碴铲送入轨枕底下。两手握住铲把,后手稍压铲把使铲头微向上翘,然后将铲平稳送入轨枕底下,送到位后用后手将铲朝前一抖,随即向后抽铲,使石碴均匀地铺撒在轨枕下捣固范围内。宽枕每端应垫两次,两次撒下的石碴不宜重叠,也不宜分离。                                                               
    (6)回填道碴。垫碴结束,经列车碾压轨面回落,经质量回检确认轨面无超限,方可回填道碴。
